location: the hotel was right by all the attractions and amazing restaurants and amazing restaurants and palermo. the staff were amiable every time i dealt with them. the rooms were bright and quiet and had an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The Superior Double Room offered a good amount of space and cleanliness. The shower size was excellent and provided a nice touch of luxury amidst the setting.
We experienced some hiccups with the door locking system due to recent blackouts affecting the area, which prevented easy access at times. Thankfully, this was resolved quickly, but it did cause a bit of hassle . The entryway had an initial awkward vibe, which could be off-putting for some, but the overall ambiance inside was much more inviting and helped redeem the experience.

The entryway looked quite old and unkempt, very off-putting for an upscale hotel like this. No complimentary gestures were offered after our inconveniences with the door lock issues. And, oh how I woudl ve been thrilled with at least a room upgrade for all the trouble! Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and had a super comfortable bed that gave the feeling of lying on a cloud. Manuela were really nice, giving us a detailed map with places to explore and eat.
